Pass the GED in 2 Months

It doesn’t matter when you left school.

To acquire your High School Equivalency diploma in Georgia, you’ll need to pass the four independent subtests of the GED® test or the five subtests that make up the HiSET® exam.

The four GED separate tests, or modules, are in Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and Math. The HiSET has separate reading and writing subtests, so five in total.

You can take one or more of the four GED or five HiSET modules at a time. No need to take the entire battery all at once.

GED testing can only be done in a computer-based format, while the HiSET is offered both on paper and on a computer.

Online GED and HiSET testing is now also possible. It used to be that you needed to show up at an official Georgia testing site and sit for the four tests in person, but the introduction of the online GED and HiSET testing option has changed all of that. Read more below.

Georgia Free Online GED Classes

Online GED and HiSET testing option

Until recently, taking the computerized GED exam could be done only at state-designated Georgia GED testing sites. There simply was no possibility of taking the four GED modules online. If you were looking to secure your Georgia GED degree, your personal appearance was needed to take and pass the exam.

Well, Georgia has also allowed the HiSET exam for HighSchool Equivalency (HSE) testing and with the introduction of online, proctored GED and HiSET exams, that has changed. When you use the online format, a proctor will help you with the test-taking process and determine if everything goes in line with strict regulations.
