Pass the GED in 2 Months

It doesn’t matter when you left school.

The exams are available in an online format and at certified test centers.

The assessments give adults who never finished high school the opportunity to earn an equivalent degree.

The entirely computer-based GED® exam has four independent subject tests in Literacy, Math, Social Studies, and Science.

HiSET® testing comes with five subtests since there are separate reading and writing subtests.

You have the option to complete the four GED or five HiSET subject tests one at a time, and both exams are available in English and Spanish.

We recommend the Online GED Program
from Onsego.

It’s Simple, Fast & Easy.

Both the GED and HiSET exam assesses skills and knowledge at that level that compares to that of high school graduates.

In the past, online GED or HiSET testing was no option. You needed to show up at an official HSE testing site, but that has now changed with the arrival of online, proctored GED and HiSET tests. Read more below.

GED Essay Writing Tips

Introducing an online GED testing option

Until recently, taking the GED or HiSET test online was not possible. It was simply not offered over the internet. To acquire a Georgia HSE diploma, your personal appearance at an official test center was required.

But that has changed with the introduction of the online proctored (OP) GED and HiSET exams. If you take the online GED or HiSET exam, you will be guided by an online proctor who checks if all happens according to strict regulations.

Visit this post: ‘Online GED testing’ for more information on the online GED test, and for more information about the online HiSET exam, <- check out this article.

The four GED tests

The GED exam for high school equivalency testing consists of 4 separate tests that you are allowed to take one at a time, whenever you feel ready for that part, and you can only register for and pay for that part  $40 per test – $160 for the entire battery). The four GED tests are on the subject areas of:
Literacy – 150 minutes (including a short break)
Math – 115 minutes
Science – 90 minutes
Social Studies – 70 minutes

When you successfully pass all four GED or five HiSET tests, you will be awarded the Georgia HSE (High School Equivalency) diploma, which is accepted all across America just like a regular high school diploma by local and federal government institutions, colleges and universities, and employers.

Preparation is the key to success in passing the GED or HiSET exam. Contact one of the facilities listed above if you want to attend classes that are mostly offered at no charge at all, including all study materials.
