Online GED Classes

A simple and easy way of getting your GED diploma.

Learn fast, stay motivated, and pass your GED quickly.

The assessment offers people who couldn’t graduate high school one more chance to acquire an equivalent credential.

Gedeno offers you free GED video lessons and practice tests to help you get started on your GED prep track. This way, you can determine if an online prep course fits your learning style, but this free support does not cover all topics found on the GED test.

If online learning is good for you, we suggest you go ahead with Onsego GED Prep, an online GED course that GED Testing Service qualifies as “100% aligned to the current GED test.”

The GED exam comprises tests in four subject areas:

  • English Language
  • Math
  • Science
  • Social studies

You have the freedom to complete these four subtests or modules one at a time; no need to take it all in one session.

Testing happens at a level that’s similar to what HS seniors are expected to command upon graduation.

In the past, online GED testing had never been an option. You always needed to show up at an official GED testing center in person.

This has changed now, however, with the launch of the online proctored GED test. Learn more below at the bottom of this page.

Free GED online classes in Washington State

Introducing the Online GED Exam

In earlier days, taking the GED exam online had never been possible. To get hold of your GED diploma, you always had to show up in person at an official, state-recognized Washington State GED testing center.

This has changed now with the introduction of an online proctored GED test-taking option. Qualifying students who choose to take the GED exam in an online format will see a proctor who will monitor them online if they do it all in accordance with some pretty strict regulations. For more information, please go to this page: Introducing the online GED exam.

GED Passing Score

Candidates will earn the GED diploma if they attain a score of no less than 145 points on each individual test (so a total score of at least 580 points). Scores range from 100 points to 200 for each test, and the passing score is set in a way that only 60% of high school seniors would pass the GED tests on their first try.
