The test offers individuals who couldn’t graduate high school one more option to acquire an equivalent diploma.

Testing happens at a level that is similar to what high school students must command upon graduation.

The GED® exam has four independent subtests in the academic fields of

• Language Arts
• Social Studies (incl. History and Geography)
• Mathematics
• Science (incl. Chemistry, Physics, Earth and Space Science)

These four GED subtests (modules) may be taken separately and in any order. There’s no need to take the entire battery in one session.

Online GED Test

Sitting for the computer-based GED test over the Internet was, until recently, never an option. To secure your GED diploma, your personal appearance at one of Delaware’s state-designated GED test centers and passing the four GED subtests were required.
